Large Area jointless floors using laser screed systems can achieve very high output ranging from entry level 1200m2 to 2500m2 per day with single set of team and machines. A team of 4 people prepares armoured joints. A two people team prepares for fibre and admixture integration. An eight people team takes care of the concrete placement and finishing. High end products are incorporated. Control on concrete design mix plays a crucial role in this system and concrete output is the key.
This system of floor construction is mainly used for large area distribution centers and manufacturing units. It can carry out floors as per TR34, F-Numbers and DIN system. Levels and flatness are achieved through sophisticated measuring systems and trained floor laying team.
